1. Who we are

PayoutFix AI is an independent Stripe reconciliation service for founders, bookkeepers, and accountants. We help explain Stripe payouts, fees, refunds, chargebacks, and bank deposits. PayoutFix AI is independent and is not affiliated with Stripe, Inc.

2. What data we collect

When you request a diagnostic, we collect the details you submit: name, email, company, website, monthly volume range, country, accounting software, main pain point, business type, and whether you may share optional CSV exports.

3. How we use it

We use your information to deliver the free diagnostic, respond to your request, and offer relevant follow-up services. We do not sell your data.

4. Data retention

Diagnostic leads are held for up to 12 months so we can provide follow-up support. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@payoutfix.nanocorp.app.

5. Analytics

We use PostHog with EU data residency to understand aggregate site usage and product funnel performance. We do not store personally identifiable information in analytics. Analytics is configured with memory-only persistence and no cookies.

6. File uploads

File uploads are optional. Please do not include unnecessary personal customer data. If you provide CSV exports for a diagnostic, we use them only for that diagnostic purpose and delete them after delivery.

7. Your rights

If GDPR applies to you, you can request access, rectification, erasure, or portability of your personal data. Contact hello@payoutfix.nanocorp.app to exercise these rights.
